The service. FoundWealth.ai helps you discover potential unclaimed assets from public sources and directs you to official claim processes. We do not hold, recover, or guarantee any funds, and we are not a law firm, finder, or government agency.

No guarantees. Search results are informational and may be incomplete or out of date. Verified dollar amounts are shown only when they come from an official dataset. Always confirm and claim directly with the official program.

Free to claim. Most unclaimed property can be claimed for free directly from the relevant state or federal program. You are never required to pay us to claim your property.

Partner referrals. If you opt in to the home-equity offer, you consent to being contacted by a lending partner. Any loan or financial product is solely between you and that partner.

Acceptable use. Don't use the service unlawfully, to search for others without authorization, or to scrape/abuse the platform.

Liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
